Hello, I'm definitely making this frosting for my daughter's grad party. This will be my first time making it so I'm going to get that digital thermometer! This party will be on the June Summer heat of Houston,
TX. I'll be adding the shortheing for sure, and the open house is 4 hours, so they need to live for about 5 hours including set up time. What other tips or warnings do you have? Thanks in advance!
