Hi Matia! As long as they are out of the direct sun not higher don't exceed temperatures in the mid-seventies, your cupcakes should be fine for 4-8 hours at an ambient temperature. As for the fridge, just be careful not to get them exposed to too much moisture when swapping around in the fridge. I would recommend some kind of sealed container to protect them from excess moisture in the fridge. Happy baking!
