If I wanted to add raspberry flavor (and color) to this buttercream, would you advise using a small amount of raspberry juice from fresh or frozen raspberries, or alternatively I also have freeze dried raspberries that I can pulverize and rehydrate. I am nervous about having the buttercream break, or worse, have a gritty texture. Thanks!
