I made the Italian Buttercream to specs and it was perfect: but I have a question. Before I read through the entire recipe, I measured the meringue powder into the mixer with the proper ingredients AND the sugar. I realized what I did and started over, but can I use that measured blend? Will it work as well or am I better using it in so else (I don’t know what)? I’m not overly familiar with meringue powder... Thanks!!
