I have not had any luck yet with Italian Buttercream, but I think I'm going to get the thermometer and then try this recipe. I am still trying to replicate the Meghan & Harry Lemon Elderflower wedding cake, which was lemon cake brushed with elderflower, with lemon curd filling and elderflower Italian buttercream frosting. Sounds amazing but I haven't found a good recipe yet. Maybe the baking experts there at King Arthur can come up with one - after all, you're both royalty:)
