Hi, Anna. I think so; I would recommend using a major brand of peanut butter that's smooth (obviously). Try mixing 1/2 to 3/4 cup of peanut butter with 3/4 pound of the soft butter from the recipe until smooth, then adding that to the frosting at the end. Let me know how it goes! Susan
