If I use meringue powder, does it still mean people who should avoid raw eggs should avoid this frosting? Or is the hot syrup enough that we don’t need to worry about the raw egg thing? I want to use this for a baby shower, and want to know if the mom to be can eat it, or if I should stick to American Buttercream?
