I decided to make chocolate cookies one night when I was tired and should have known better. They were perfect, of course, until I took them out of the oven and they slid off of the parchment paper and into the oven...all over the bottom of the oven! I scooped out as much as possible and used the pieces as a topping. All was not loss.
