Hi David! We are sorry to hear of the results with the new pans. Depending on the type of material the pan is made from, you may notice that each bakes a bit differently. We may recommend reducing the heat of the oven by 25 degrees if you try those new pans again, especially if they are a darker material. That can help promote a more even baking cycle.
