I just baked fruitcakes in my new kitchen aid nonstick loaf pans. The edges got way too done before the middle got done. I trimmed the sides off and they were fine. I have glass and the older regular metal ones. The metal ones I baked in last year and the sides were fine. I use the glass anchor hocking 3qt classic pan for my dinner rolls with great success.
