Sorry to be a bother, just to clarify, if baking porridge (baked oatmeal) in glass with the standard 60g oil/100g sugar ratio per 3 cups/240g oats, is it still preferable to lower the temperature/increase bake time? To my eyes, your answer is a little non-comital but then again I'm a little nervous of ruining a recipe by not buying the correct sized tin :)
