Ha Carly and Susan - I'm thinking Carly is referring to my old pan, a gold metal non stick loaf pan from Williams Sonoma. I'm making Banana Bread this afternoon and tore apart my kitchen looking for that pan (I loved it and it bakes breads - quick and otherwise - beautifully!!!) to no avail. So this afternoon my bread will go into my LeCreuset loaf pan and I'll turn down the temp to 325 and expect a 15-20 minute longer bake time. With the gold pan, through, I had perfect results many times with the standard temperatures and times. Good luck Carly!
