Christie, that's a great question! We've got a number of cinnamon roll recipes under our belt, and while most call for baking in metal pans at 350°, some are baked at 375°. (All tend to bake for shorter periods of time, though. 20 to 23 minutes is common. Your best bet is honestly to try out both temperatures with your metal pan and see how your cinnamon rolls turn out. While we know it's a HUGE sacrifice to make an extra batch of cinnamon rolls, remember that it's for science! Happy baking!
