Thank you for your informative article!! Question - I am planning to bake cinnamon rolls for my office and the recipe I am following recommends baking at 350 for 30 minutes in a glass dish. The most appropriately sized vessel I have is a metal baking dish. Based on this article, should I increase the baking temperature to 375? And should I expect that the rolls may bake faster than the 30 minutes? Thanks!
