I have been making the King Arthur sandwich bread recipe with the tangzhong method. I've been doubling the recipe for several months (also doubling the tangzhong). Recently the recipe is just too dry and results in a dense loaf. Should I only do half the tangzhong with doubling the recipe or do I need to add more liquid? Thanks
