One of our favorite breads is Anadama which calls for some cornmeal…and I also add some quick oats. I usually put these (1/3 C each) in the initial 3 cups of water or water/milk and heat until the oatmeal is cooked. Should I put the entire entire 1/3 C of each in the tangzhong along with a portion of the flour?
