I’m assuming that after you “cook” the flour paste, there’s a point afterwards where it’s not really useable anymore. Has anyone determined what duration that is? I’m seeing a time when I have cooked the paste, I’m letting it cool, and I’m either distracted or have to tend to something else and an hour or something goes by and I don’t know if I can still use the paste.
