I just made this bread...it looks and smells wonderful, I can't wait to slice into it! I was concerned that it wasn't going to turn out very well, after 20 minutes in the stand mixer it still didn't quite come together... I added a tiny bit more flour and it suddenly came together. I don't think my liquid measuring cup is accurate, time to look for one that is. I started feeling better about it once it was tucked neatly in its pan to rest before baking...it looked like the pictures. And now, it is out of the oven and what a beauty!
