Hi, Sara! Our understanding is that in yudane, flour and boiling water are mixed, rather than cooking cold milk and flour over the stovetop as in tangzhong, making them separate techniques. We do not currently have any recipes using the yudane technique on our website, but it's certainly something we might look into!
