Y E S!!! So far I have made three batches of the “Soft Cinnamon Rolls” using the
Tangzhong starter method and I’ll never make cinnamon rolls again without this method. Making the starter is so fast and easy and the cinnamon rolls are so very soft. My next test is to make a batch of starter ahead of time, freeze it then thaw it out to see if it is still as effective.
