I love bread so much that I want to make them myself, but I hate the long process of bread making, until I discovered 30-minute dinner rolls on you tube. From that recipe, I tried to make diff kinds of bread, u til I stumbled upon tangzhong. My curiosity was piqued, so I experimented again. I incorporated the tangzhong to the dinner roll recipe, it yielded pillowy soft loaf breads, except that I used too much yeast, as the 30-min dinner rolls required. Anyway, I'm gonna try it again with the proper recipe this time.
