Today I used KA's recipe for Hot Cross Buns. I don't bake very often, but I thought this recipe would work for me. I read the recipe a couple of times & the reviews of this recipe. Also, I decided to try the tangzhong method. Unfortunately, I added instead of remove 3 tablespoons of flour & 1/2 c. milk from the recipe. I'm sure I not the only person who has done this! So, I just added more flour. Because of some of the comments about the recommended size of the buns, I made mine smaller. Instead of 12 - 14 buns, I ended up with 6 1/2 doz. I'm still laughing! But, they taste great & I will try the recipe again. Thankyou KA for all your great recipes & great products.
