Hi, I've used the method and it does work great. I also have a similar recipe technique for a cake frosting. The name of the frosting is "The Best Frosting You Will Ever Eat". And it IS! It, too, starts out with cooking a little flour and milk........sounds odd, but boy oh boy! is it EVER the very best frosting! Claire
