Hi Sandy, if you use our recipe for Gluten-Free Pasta, you'll see that it calls for our Gluten-Free Flour. If you use a family recipe and would like to convert it to be gluten-free, use our Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour in place of the regular flour in the recipe. The dough may be slightly more delicate than it otherwise would be, but it should still turn out well. Good luck and happy GF baking! Kye@KAF
