Thank you so much...I've been trying to decide which pans to use. I hadn't baked banana bread in a while and since my metal pans had bread baking in them I decided to use my Pyrex ones I haven't used in a long time. After reading your reply I remembered experimenting last year with different pans and deciding not to use the Pyrex ones, I'll have to put a not or something on them to remind me why. They're great for small lasagna, just not bread or banana bread.
