It would be such a help to have the internal temperature listed for all recipes where this is an appropriate test for doneness (for example, the Blueberry Buckle Coffee Cake recipe I have in the oven now as opposed to chocolate chip cookies). Or perhaps even a chart, similar to the ingredient weight chart (which is such a help for converting recipes that only provide ingredients by volume). I was gifted a Thermapen for Christmas and am finding it so useful. I think internal temps would be an amazingly helpful piece of information.
