Bernice, if you're talking about making yeast bread, yes, it's usually best to use a lukewarm liquid, be it milk or water. When using the Baker's Special Dry Milk, there's no need to reconstitute it; just add the dry powder along with your other ingredients. If your recipe calls for 1 cup milk, substitute 1/4 cup dry milk powder + 1 cup lukewarm water. Hope this helps — PJH@KAF
