Suggested temperature is still the same, Mary: 200-205°F for most muffins is just about right. It's important to also look for other signs of doneness, like the top looking set and feeling springy to the touch, as well as a toothpick coming out clean. (This test tends to work better for muffins than for loaves of quickbread.) Happy baking! Kye@KAF
