We do have a couple of favorites depending on what type of goodies you're baking up. The Superfast Thermapen MK4 can read temperatures in 1 second which is definitely ideal when opening such a hot oven. Another favorite is the Dot Thermometer which has a probe you can leave in the oven so you can read the temperature outside without having to open the door at all.
