I made a starter three days ago roughly, added one cup of water and flour. Now, I forgot about it for 48hr and just fed it but it bubbled up a lot, and smells kindof like feet. After I fed it, I noticed some hooch and I fed it again. I was worried about the smell. It seems to have reduced a bit, is that normal?
I have made one before, but I have never seen one so active this early, or so stinky.
