I have had my sourdough for over a year and have religiously fed it weekly 1:1:1 with KA all-purpose flour. Two feedings ago, I switched flour brands (shame on me) and used a bleached one. Result…no rise. I fed it again this week with the same flour and still no rise or bubbling. Help please!
