Hello,
I was gifted a starter from a friend. When I got it the starter was extremely bubbly and active. It looked great. I have since fed it twice and didn't realize I was using bleached flour. The bubbles have drastically decreased. Should I simply feed it with the half of wheat and half of unbleached all-purpose? Or should I start over with a new starter?
