I am on day 10 of my starter and I have seen zero activity since day 3. I’ve noticed that it has gotten thinner. At the beginning with the rye flour it was quite thick. I’ve been feeding it twice a day since day 3 and it has not risen at all. There are always a couple little bubbles on top and it thins out a bit after feeding and sitting but that’s about it. I’ve always noticed over the last day that it doesn’t really smell sour anymore. It doesn’t really have any smell other than smelling like flour. I’m not sure what happened. Should I continue with this starter? Or should I toss it and start again?
