I am in day 6 of my starter. The first day it bubbled up and over the top of the jar. I kept going. There is about 2 inches of starter below the rubber band marker. There is an inch above the rubber band. This is going on for a day and a half. Tomorrow is day seven. I am hoping to see more rise. I guess I should keep going twice a day with feeding. Please advise.
