I received King Arthur starter kit for a birthday present and feel I followed the directions correctly. I made my 1st loaf the taste was good and I enjoyed but for whatever reason when I let it set for the 90 minutes to double in size I don't feel that it is happening I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong any suggestions thamk you
