Thanks for your informative articles. I am an expat in Ghana at the time, and my kitchen is usually very warm. 90 to 95° most days. I want to start a sourdough starter, but am wondering how to manage with the warm conditions. Or can i use the fridge to store it, and then take it out to feed and use?
