Good morning Barb,
I have another question for you. My starter is working wonderfully now and I baked bread, rolls, pizza dough and biscuits this weekend. I used discard for several recipes. I am wondering if I can save discard in the refrigerator without feeding and use it again later in the week for recipes that call for unfed/discard?
