I have been feeding and using my sour dough for a month . Smells great, looks bubbly and cream colored. I recently noticed what I think is mold. White flour looking island on the top and some white bumps (spores?) On the side of the bowl. Is my starter finished? Is this bad bacteria? Again, smells great and has the correct off white color as new.
