Hi Barb! I started using your once a day, 2:1:1 advice a couple days ago, and things are looking up! When you say “starter begins to rise predictably (twice)”, does this mean the starter doubles or just any decent rise? I got about a 40-50% rise about 5hrs after feeding today, but I’m not sure if that “counts” or not. Thank you!
