I am 2 weeks into my starter - last week I went from 50/50 flour blend - no real measurements just using equal water/flourblend (AP/Garaham Flour) - because I wasn't seeing any rise and little bubbling. I saw your post - with instructions to Feed with a ratio of 2:1:1, by weight - with whole grain flour - i have been doing that for 5 days. I have seen improvement, lots of bubbles, more yeasty smell, but not a lot of rise. My house is cool 65 degrees. Any suggestions? I don't know when to switch back to 1:1 ratios and the flour blend again? My first time doing this, and I really want to be successful. Love KAF been a long time customer. thank you
