I have a starter that I have been using and feeding for a couple weeks now. I have looked all over trying to find out if there is a problem or if this is normal. When I stir my starter with a chopstick and pull it out there is a glop that hangs on to the stick that looks like mucus. I use a clean jar for each feeding. The smell is good and it has worked but I am just not sure about this gloppy stuff in it.
