Hi Barb- My starter is about 2 weeks old now and taking a rest in the fridge ;-) I successfully made Sourdough Pancakes and Sourdough bread, both were amazing! So I have had it resting because I have been searching for flour everywhere - as hard to find flour (especially King Arthur Flour) as it is to find TP these days! Anyway, I finally found a bag yesterday at Walmart however, it is bleached flour :-/ Will I ruin my starter if I feed it with bleached flour? Should I let it keep resting until I can find unbleached flour?
