This may have been covered but I started with the whole wheat method and started adding AP flour on day 2. Got lots of bubbles and rose nicely! Then everything went flat on day 3. Basically had some bubbles but not rising at all. Keeping the starter on the kitchen counter (near bowl of fruit which I was told helps) with temp in low 70s. I’m on day 6 and the last 4 days have been the same. Starter smells fine and no discoloration. I’ve been doing the twice a day feeding (4oz starter, 4oz water, 4oz flour) and nothing has changed. Should I just start over or keep at it??
