I’m afraid I may have “cooked” my starter. I left it in the oven with the light on, and when I took it out this morning, the Starter on the sides of the bowl were a little bit more than than the middle. I removed some of it, discarded the rest, and continued to feed. The saves bit I took from the middle. I’m afraid now I have to start over. I did not take the temp of the old starter. Help!
