Hello... I started a white wheat starter about a week ago... it had great rise the first few days. I've been feeding it with AP but it isn't rising nearly like it was in the beginning... I am getting bubbles and a slight rise. I tried feeding it with the white wheat again to see if that would help.. any thoughts???? Do I just keep going with the every 12 hours feedings? I've been using a scale - 4oz starter, 4oz flour, 4oz water. This my corona project :)
