Thank you as always for this and troubleshooting part 1. I had a starter pushed way back in the fridge which I haven't touched since thanksgiving. I saw the dark gray, partially dry hooch and such on the top and thought it was a goner. But double checked here found it wasn't and am now on my second feeding and it is coming back beautifully. Your wonderfully written and helpful blogs posts are a nice distraction during this social distancing time and now I have sourdough to make to distract me as well.
