Hi Tina, thanks so much for chiming in! Your traveling lifestyle offers a unique perspective when it comes to sourdough baking, and I think it will be reassuring for many of our bakers to read your calm and reassuring words on the sourdough process. It's easy to feel daunted by the things that could go wrong, but I totally agree that when it comes right down to it our sourdough critters are quite adaptable and forgiving!
