Barb! You're trouble shooting tips and comments have been so helpful. I had my starter going for 4weeks with no significant rise with 2/day feedings so switched to your recommended 2 starter:1water:1wwf ratio. It doubled for the past few days and now starting back with 1:1:1 with AP.

How long do you recommend keeping the 2/day feedings going before use?
I'm expecting and due next week and was hoping to be able to get at least one loaf out of all this before i switch her to the fridge knowing i will not be able to keep up the feedings. Is fridge maintenance 1 feeding per week?
