Hi! I’m on day 4 of my first ever starter, day two and three it bubbled up SO much, almost overflowing. I’ve been doing 50g rye 50g Unbleached bread flour and 100g room temp water. Is there any reason if wouldn't have risen on day four? I’ve been discarding and feeding once a day.
