Hi,

This is an awesome article so very very helpful! However, I wish I had found this about 5 days ago. I had hooch in my starter and I just stirred it in and fed it. I’ve been feeding it everyday, but the smell is still quite vinegary and tangy. Is this ok? The starter is nearly at the top of my large jar.
